The

Escape Room Game Host

The Game Host creates energy and excitement while offering unforgettable experiences through welcoming, facilitating and monitoring our escape games.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person
  • Re-set rooms between games. Applicants need be able to remain effective during busy, stressful times.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive, explain rules and strategies and answer any questions they may have prior to entering the game
  • Monitor each event from the control room, provide clues as needed, answer questions and take pictures at end of each game.
  • Troubleshoot/repair any damaged or broken props or elements critical to game operation
  • Maintain composure and enthusiasm while troubleshooting and solving customer issues
  • Support marketing efforts, including updating social media sites
  • Assist in opening and closing activities for the facility including basic cleaning and organizing
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical

Requirements

  • Projects an image of courtesy and professionalism in representing Encrypted Escape
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high speed environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to utilize database software required
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
