Game Host

The Game Host creates energy and excitement while offering unforgettable experiences through welcoming, facilitating and monitoring our escape games.

The Requirements

  • Shows a creative mind, active and friendly attitude
  • Projects an image of courtesy and professionalism
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to type and react quickly in a high-speed environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to utilize database software required
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Additional responsibilities include

  • Greet customers
  • Manage sign-in process
  • Lead game orientation
  • Process payment. Check-out merchandise sales.
  • Diligently monitor games, quickly providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate
  • Quickly and accurately reset game rooms.
  • Lead post-game review sessions with enthusiasm and positivity
  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person
  • Maintain composure and enthusiasm while troubleshooting and solving customer issues
  • Other duties as assigned
